Resume Template

You’ll get a resume template in a google doc that showcases style elements that worked on me to advance someone to the interview stage when I was a recruiter at Microsoft and TikTok. I’ve also implemented feedback received from recruiter colleagues at Spotify, Twitch, and Lyft, continually updating the template over the years. Recruiters are used to a certain style of resume and if you fit into this standard pattern, it is the beginning of them trending toward a “yes.” You only have one shot at a first impression.
